Campaign “Media Voice” was launched quite symbolically on May 3rd - World Press Freedom Day. The goal of the campaign is to create a supportive media environment and strengthen solidarity in the media. The campaign will last for several months and will also include regional media outlets.
Well-known journalists were involved in the project “Media Voice” creating their own campaign messages using the phrases "I am a journalist, therefore ..." and "I am a journalist because ..."
The campaign is part of the MCERC project "Media: More Freedom, Less Self-Censorship in the Media" with the support of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Georgia.
